Is there anything that can be sown outdoors in the soil now in February? parsnips or cabbage or carrots etc i have it in my head that parsnips can be sown outdoors even in January

Parsnips can be sown early but can fail and need to be re-sown. Garlic and shallots can be put in. Also early potatoes. Towards the end of the month, early peas, broad beans, early carrots and spring onions or other onions from seed in good soil conditions.
