Wilting aeonium

Hanora O\’Flaherty asked 15 years ago

I have an aeonium canariense (two tone – green and sort of aubergine! Anyway – I potted it on to a bigger pot in June and it thrived. But in the last week it appears to wilt during the day. What should I do?

Aeoniums suffer from vine weevils and you should investigate this, but testing if the stems are loose in the pot, or by taking the root ball out and seeing if the roots have been eaten.

Always use a mixture of compost and unsterilized garden soil with potted plants.
