• The Member is aware that there are Conditions of Garden.ie club membership
• The Member is aware that there is a Garden.ie Privacy Policy statement.
• Membership of Garden.ie Club entitles the Member to unrestricted access to the Garden.ie Club area, to Talk and to Ask Gerry.
• Membership of Garden.ie can only be attained by completing the Registration Form.
• Membership of Garden.ie Club grants express permission to Garden.ie to record personal data as detailed on Registration Form, but no other information.
• The Member`s recorded data will not be made available to any third party, or associated companies.
• The Member`s recorded data will be stored separately and securely.
• Statistics based on Garden.ie Membership site traffic analysis will be used for commercial purposes by Garden.ie but only in aggregate form and will not contain personal data.
• The Garden.ie Club Member is offered the opportunity to cease being a Member and delist his registration at any time.
• It is a Condition of Membership that the Member is entitled to receive the Club Newsletter.
• It is a Condition of Membership of Garden.ie Club that, by registering as a Garden.ie Club member, the Member grants permission to Garden.ie to send a weekly Garden.ie Club Newsletter and Member agrees to accept the e-mail message.
• The Member has the right to make known any complaint about Garden.ie, or any service offered by Garden.ie, at any time by contacting the Editor of Garden.ie.
• To protect the interests of Garden.ie and its members, Garden.ie reserves the right to withdraw Membership from any Member at any time, without explanation, and to deny access to the Garden.ie Club areas by disabling the Member`s user name and password.
• Garden.ie will not alter these conditions without notifying all Members in the next available newsletter and giving two weeksnotice of changes to allow the Members to re-assess their continued Membership.
• Material published on Garden.ie is copyright of the author Member and Garden.ie and must not be reproduced or used in any way except by permission in writing of Garden.ie.
• Garden.ie presents this service in good faith and expects that the site will be used in good faith by its Members.
• Members should be aware that the use of any website may expose them to persons acting in bad faith and should exercise normal due caution in their dealings with other Members.
