In am a retired special needs teacher who moved from Bristol to Shinrone in January 2007. I started with a half acre rough field and now have a garden with ponds, flowers, trees , fruit and vegetables. I have to have something to keep me occupied while my husband is at work, so my garden has replaced my teaching career, and I am really enjoying creating somewhere we enjoy spending time together. I did not know a great deal about gardening, but have learned as I have developed the garden.
