My name is Serena, I have lived in Yorkshire for the majority of my 47 years, I have been interested in organic gardening from the young age of 4 with my father's help, sadly lost him in 2004 but he gave me the inspiration for my passion for gardening over the years. I do have considerable gardening knowledge and hold the City and Guilds Gardening Certificate, together with practical experience through my volunteering at a local garden called Golden Acre Park, where I work with the very experienced council gardeners on Tuesdays which is lovely. I also work in a garden centre at weekends. I have a partner who is Irish, his family originally from Co Mayo and we would love to live in Ireland in the future. I particularly love Killarney.
