Cant get Choisya to grow.

I bought 7 choisya ternata sundance last year and they havent grown at all.They are not dying but they dont look good.They dont seem to be diseased aor have pests.Abour 2 weks i dug them up and filled the hole with a mix of sand and compsotadded osmocote and repalnted them.Im hoping this will help but have you got any other sugestions?

Choisya planted last year would just be making growth now at the start of a new season. If you had left them they probably would have sprouted… and they still probably will.

Choisya does not like wet or heavy ground, and ‘Sundance’ tends to burn in a full sunshine position.
