Strawberry plants can be grown in pots in a greenhouse or porch. A bit messy for a window sill indoors, but possible. Water enough to keep the compost just moist and feed every two weeks from April to September with a liquid feed diluted as instructed on the pack.

The flowers will need to be pollinated with a  fine brush to transfer pollen indoors in the absence of bees.
