Tulips and seaweed

Are tulips salt loving plant? I live in Galway and i can get seaweeds here as much i want, just i dont know can i use seaweeds for tulips?

Tulips come originally from parts of Turkey and points east of that, so they have no hatural affinity with salt or the sea.

But seaweed is a general tonic for plants with lots of trace elements and can be useful. It can be added to the compost heap and gets used around the garden in that way.
