This year my pot grown Brugmansia has all yellow leaves instead of green.The yellow flowers are abundant. I have tried various fertilizers without success.

Brugmansia or datura needs good rich soil and plenty of root space … which tends to be deficient in a pot. Feeding helps, using any good general feed, but watering regularly is important too as it tends to pack the pot with roots and water does not penetrate.
It is too late to re-pot now, but before growth begins next spring.
